Yes it is. eeFuel® additive has been registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) since 1990. Click here for a copy of the actual approval letter.

One of the major problems that engine designers face is how to vaporize all of the fuel and then efficiently mix that fuel vapor with exactly the correct ratio of air, all in the very short time available during the engine intake/compression stroke. eeFuel® technology uses exploding nano-clusters to easily achieve what engine designers have always found very difficult. Liquid nanotechnology is what separates the eeFuel® additive from all other additives on the market today. Unlike other conventional additives (such as octane boosters, fuel injector cleaners, engine oil friction improver, etc.) which are primarily designed to correct a specific problem, eeFuel® products are multi-functional enhancers that simultaneously provide diverse benefits - such as improving fuel economy, boosting power, reducing emissions, cleaning combustion chamber deposits, removing piston ring deposits and protecting equipment.

No, using eeFuel® will not void your vehicle warranty. There is a law against the unfair use of a warranty by a manufacturer:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer can not void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)). For best results, consider working with performance-oriented dealerships with a proven history of working with customers. If your vehicle manufacturer fails to honor emission/warranty claims, contact EPA at (202) 260-2080 or www.epa.gov. If federal warranty protection is denied, contact the FTC at (202) 326-3128 or www.ftc.gov.

Most vehicles respond well at 8ml per 10 gallons, but some vehicles may require a special dose ratio. Try reducing the dose to 10 ml treats 20 gallons for three tanks. If this does not work, try 10ml treats 8 gallons for three tanks. If still no response then yours may be one of the very few vehicles that do not respond to using eeFuel®. However you will still receive all the other positive effects of eeFuel®.

Typical exhaust emission reduction from using eeFuel® will vary with the type of fuel as well as such things as the age and condition of the engine, how long eeFuel® has been used, the emissions reduction technology of the vehicle, climatic conditions, driver temperament and other such factors.  Typical vehicle emissions reduction when using eeFuel® in automobile gasoline and diesel engines is as follows:

Reduction in Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions helps with global warming.  Reduction in Nitrous OXide (NOx) and Hydro Carbon (HC) emissions helps to reduce smog potential.  Carbon Manoxide (CO) is a poisonous gas which can permanently damage the blood's ability to carry oxygen.  Particulate Matter (PM) can seriously irritate delicate lung tissue and is even suspected of causing lung cancer.

The average automobile in the USA uses about 600 gallons of gasoline per year, and gets driven approximately 13,000 miles with an average fuel consumption of 21.7 mpg.  Burning this 600 gallons, or 3,900 lbs, of gasoline in the "typical" USA automobile would produce the following total exhaust emissions.  Also shown is the anticipated reduction in these total emissions resulting from the use of eeFuel® fuel additive in a gasoline powered automobile:

Since using eeFuel® improves fuel economy by up to 15%, there would also be a saving of approximately 90 gallons of gasoline per year.  It would take about 15 oz of eeFuel® to treat these 600 gallons of fuel at a dose ratio of 5,000:1.  So, by using about 15 oz of eeFuel® per year, the average motorist should be able to save about 90 gallons of gasoline and reduce air pollution by approximately 2,000 lbs.

eeFuel® comes in bottles designed to help you easily measure out the correct amount for each treatment. Since eeFuel® is super-concentrated, only a small amount is needed each time.

Simply add the specified amount directly to the fuel tank before refueling. It can also be added directly into bulk fuel storage tanks immediately before refilling the storage tank. eeFuel®l liquid nanotechnology will do the rest; there is no mixing required and no need to make adjustment to the engine or equipment. Recommended dose: 8ml for 10 gallons or 10ml for 50 liters.

If you are adding eeFuel® to a partially filled tank and are not sure how much gas it will take, simply fill your tank to the first "click" at the pump, calculate how much eeFuel® to add based on the amount of fuel used, add the eeFuel®, and then continue to pump until the next "click." This will push the small amount of eeFuel® fully into your tank.

No, eeFuel® is only added to the fuel. It will not hurt the oil, you would simply be wasting it.


Yes, eeFuel® can pay for itself and more. With today's high price of fuel, $1 worth of eeFuel® can save up to $2~$3, or more in fuel costs. eeFuel® also extends the life of engine oil and reduces maintenance costs.

Yes. Engine carbon deposits begin to build up within the first 3,000 miles; therefore, it is best to use eeFuel® to maintain top performance and help keep your car in "mint condition." Furthermore, the  product will also boost the power and smoothness of new engines.

Absolutely not! The product is totally safe. Laboratory tests and billions of miles of real-life driving prove that fuel treated with eeFuel® is non-corrosive to all metal, rubber and plastic engine components. On the contrary, eeFuel®  will actually protect and prolong the life of your engine because it will remove deposits from combustion chambers or piston rings during the combustion cycle. The product also delivers more complete combustion - and thus less unburned fuel - this will prolong the useful life of catalytic converters.

Yes. The product can be used in all grades of gasoline including leaded, unleaded, reformulated, oxygenated as well as Gasohol.  eeFuel® can also be used with on-road and off-road diesel fuel including high-sulfur, low-sulfur and low-aromatic diesel fuels.


eeFuel® additive is the ideal enhancer for ethanol gasoline's major problems: less BTU, more NOx emissions, and destabilization in low temperatures. eeFuel® helps make up the lost BTU by delivering more powerful combustion and reducing NOx emissions by removing combustion chamber deposits and lowering combustion temperature. It can also help stabilize ethanol gasoline in cold temperatures to allow continued smooth operation. eeFuel®  is an ideal additive for upgrading the quality of ethanol gasoline.


Even though bio-diesel has been promoted as a renewable and cleaner fuel, USEPA studies indicate that it emits more NOx emissions (up to 10%), suffers from reduced flow-ability in cold temperature and promotes deposits in the combustion chambers. eeFuel® can help these problems by enhancing combustion and cleaning combustion chamber deposits, resulting in cooler combustion temperature and therefore reduced NOx emissions.

eeFuel® can benefit anyone who operates equipment that burns petroleum-based liquid fuels and anyone who desires to save fuel, reduce maintenance costs, prolong equipment life, fight global warming and protect the environment. In other words, everyone who owns or operates motorcycles, cars, trucks, trains, tractors, boats, power generators, etc. can benefit from using this proven product.

eeFuel® works immediately when it enters the combustion chamber in your engine. The longer you use the product the more effective it becomes at cleaning your engine and creating more complete combustion of the fuel you use. This will show as increased mileage and less toxic emissions. In general, you will notice maximum effectiveness after 5-7 tankfuls. DO NOT panic if you don't see a result straight away, some vehicles take longer than others to see maximum benefits. It takes years to build up carbon and deposits in your engine, and it takes a little time to remove them.

As with many products, when exposed to the UV rays from the sun, eeFuel® will change slightly in color to a deeper amber shade, giving eeFuel® a nice golden look.

No. Exposure to the sun makes absolutely no difference to the efficiency of eeFuel®.

We currently offer two sizes, the 4 oz and a 32 oz size for families and users with several vehicles. We will be announcing commercial containers in the future.

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:

I.         All merchandise must be returned by the Distributor or customer who purchased it directly from Fuel Legacy International.

II.       All products to be returned must have the Order Number appearing on the packing slip written on each carton returned.

III.      The return is accompanied by:

o       The Fuel Legacy International Return Form located below.


o      The unopened portion of the product in its original container.

iv.     Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested.  All returns must be shipped to Fuel Legacy International shipping pre-paid.  Fuel Legacy International does not accept shipping-collect packages.  The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the Distributor.  If returned product is not received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Distributor to trace the shipment.

Probably; but you must first continue to use premium fuel dosed with eeFuel® for at least 3 to 5 tanks. Then try switching to mid-grade for 1 tank. If the engine still runs smoothly and mileage continues to improve, then try switching to regular for 1 tank. However, if at any time the engine runs rough and the mileage suffers, then immediately return to the higher grade fuel for a few more tanks.
